The App use the touch id to identify you, you must do a photo and send a message with your location, the app registers an unique key of the message so it can be use to prove that the message/tweet are sent from your phone and from you without any doubts.

The certification is done from touch id of your fingerprint (the only way to use the app) + the unique key id generate for every tweet-email and stored on the app.
